Community Spaces

Buildings such as city halls, libraries, community centers, aquatic centers, and farmers’ markets provide areas for residents to meet, socialize, and stay active. These facilities are essential for fostering a healthier, happier, and more integrated community, which is vital for attracting and retaining residents who take pride in their locality. Since these spaces are created for the community’s use, it’s important to secure community support from the outset of the project. We recognize the significance of community involvement and commit to keeping the public updated as the project advances.

Public Safety Projects

Ensuring that emergency personnel can quickly respond and depart is paramount in public safety. While it is crucial for public safety facilities to be efficient and responsive to demand, given the importance of every second, these buildings must also serve as a secondary home for firefighters and paramedics and provide a secure environment for police officers. Regardless of their role, everyone is entitled to a safe, functional, and comfortable place to live and work. Creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere is essential in mitigating occupational stress, which includes having sufficient daylight in work areas and spaces for both indoor and outdoor gym and recreational activities.
