Selected through a competitive process, McCownGordon completed new development on the 400-acre site. The project scope includes demolition of existing buildings, extensive sitework to develop the site, a new turn lane on 99th street and a more than 1 million square foot new precast warehouse and distribution facility.

Kansas Health & Environmental Laboratories

Kansas Health and Environmental Laboratories (KHEL) is a full-service facility, providing clinical and environmental tests. The three-story building houses all new wet and dry diagnostic laboratories, including BSL-3, inorganic chemistry, instrument, genome, mass spec, serology and bacteriology. Additional scope includes shipping and receiving facilities, administration offices and staff amenity spaces.
