Our Structural & Soils group is involved with early constructability input and budget analysis along with developing bid packages and interviewing each of the responding trade partners. They assist in scoping each of the trade partners to ensure their proposal, approach and delivery align with the project.
In this role, McCownGordon supports the owner’s and architect’s design professionals throughout planning and construction. McCownGordon does not serve as the Engineer of Record or Architect of Record and does not seal drawings or design documents.
