The LEED Gold project included the construction of multiple pre-engineered metal buildings.

The building includes administration/operations offices and a Fleet Maintenance Center.

The new office features open office space, conference rooms, a multi-purpose room, wellness room and locker rooms for employees.

The previous Johnson County Public Works facility remained fully operational throughout all phases of construction, requiring extensive collaboration and coordination amongst the team to ensure the construction of the new facility did not impact their day-to-day operations.
