Project schedules are built in Microsoft Project and are updated weekly by the project team. We assign each task in the schedule to the appropriate trade partner with a custom code. This code allows us to see a trade partner’s tasks across all McCownGordon projects. By being proactive, our project team can see their current commitments and address staffing concerns before they become an issue. This is crucial to minimizing risks and assuring proper manpower on projects in a tight labor market.
