VIRTUAL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION (VDC)
The ability to model a building virtually before breaking ground means risk can be managed with minimal impact. Coordination meetings incorporate the clash detection and resolution of MEP trade partner models for conflict before construction begins. Holding these virtual reviews increases the level of quality control early to reduce costly field conflicts later. The advanced digital tools add value throughout the entire project timeline; reducing cost, time and waste, while improving efficiency and quality.
Field Mobility
Our team shares the models with designers and trade partners for a seamless connection between preconstruction and construction. Our technology connects the field and office in ways never done before. Technology tools bring mobility to project information, daily logs, RFIs and electronic punch lists. Digital plan tables incorporate up-to-date digital drawing sets and full 3D models. Mobile technology increases the speed of analysis and resolves conflicts on site resulting in reduced time and cost. Our team shares these tools with our clients, giving the owner the ability to see the latest documents anytime and anywhere.
