Critical Infrastructure
The project includes site development, civil infrastructure, shell and core construction and the systems necessary to support a 300MW critical IT load. Extensive coordination of utility interconnections, medium- and high-voltage electrical distribution, backup power generation, fuel systems, cooling infrastructure, telecommunications networks and integrated security, controls and monitoring systems is required to support continuous operations. Advanced thermal management systems and mission critical infrastructure are being implemented to meet the needs of high-density AI computing environments.
