As Park City expands, so do the amenities for local residents. The current Park City Senior Center does not have the space needed to accommodate its growing membership and future programming. McCownGordon was selected to construct a new facility for the community.

The new Senior Center currently under construction encompasses 13,000 SF and features fitness and exercise space, billiards and game room, library, kitchen, gathering space with coffee bar, meeting rooms, multipurpose space and activity room. The project connects to Park Centre, a new mixed-use development.
