McCownGordon was again selected as the Construction Manager at-Risk by the KSU Foundation after a successful collaboration in 2018 on Phase II of the Office Park, 1880 Kimball Avenue building.

Using the CMAR delivery method allowed the KSU Foundation and their stakeholders to add additional purple facade uplighting to mirror existing buildings within the office park, provide 1,750 square feet of a limestone retaining wall that incorporated a seating area, as well as building out a suite area for a future tenant at no extra cost.
