The 60,000 square foot building focuses on flexibility to accommodate tenants of varying sizes as well as offers diverse amenities.

Adjacent to campus with maximized views of Bill Snyder Family Stadium, the new building features a cafe, event space, adaptable tenant spaces, conference rooms, common space kitchens and outdoor terrace balconies. The building offers both formal and informal collaboration and conference space for tenants.
