The project includes expanding and building out roughly 5,000 square feet of metal wall panel core and shell construction to accommodate the relocation of processing tanks. Extra planning was taken into account since the space is to be refrigerated upon completion.
With the space remaining occupied and operational during construction, the team has focused on coordinating scheduled shutdown times with the owner so as not to disturb ongoing production. Major components included:
