Senior VP, Regional Leader

Charles DeVoe serves as Senior Vice President for McCownGordon and leads the Dallas-Fort Worth region for the company. As Regional Leader, he is responsible for overall operations, revenue growth and team development. Leveraging more than 40 years of construction experience, Charles is focused on finding solutions for clients and supports a robust team of leaders to deliver on their needs with respective focus on the firm’s education, corporate, higher education, healthcare, and manufacturing markets.

Travis Huffman

Operations Director

Travis relocated to Dallas from our Wichita office bringing 18 years’ experience, including time spent as a QAQC manager and site superintendent. Being detail-oriented and competitive gives Travis a results-driven management style and one that he is always looking to improve.

April Hudson

Director, Business Development

April brings more than 10 years of focused experience to McCownGordon, where she serves as Business Development Director. She excels at building lasting relationships across the Dallas-Fort Worth region and collaborate with leaders across the AEC industry. She works to understand the goals of each project and ensure its success by aligning our team to deliver for every client.

Senior Director, Preconstruction

Leveraging her 35+ years of experience and knowledge of the market, Gale leads the preconstruction team in DFW, working closely with trade partners, design teams and owners to deliver comprehensive preconstruction services. In her career, she has worked on projects across a wide variety of market sectors including K-12, higher ed, municipal, tenant interiors and commercial. Gale’s depth of estimating expertise gives her the knowledge to develop creative cost-saving solutions, allowing clients to achieve their goals.
