Carefully Coordinated Build

The project incorporated unique design and functional elements tailored to its end users requiring close coordination with the design team and speciality vendors. We were able to gain early access to the pre-k classroom wing allowing us to begin construction while students were still in the building. We implemented strict safety protocol including security badging and created a controlled safety zone to fully separate school operations from construction activities.

Accelerated Delivery

All workers were issued temporary badges, interior work was limited to authorized, credentialed trade partners and closed-door policies were enforced at all times. Because the sprinkler system remained offline throughout construction, additional planning, oversight and safety measures were required. Despite these constraints, the team met an accelerated schedule and turned the building over to teachers just 47 days after construction began through early trade partner engagement, proactive procurement of long-lead items and close coordination with major trades.
