McCownGordon Construction was selected by the Olathe School District to complete entry renovations to multiple Olathe middle schools under the construction management at-risk delivery method. This is a continued relationship with McCownGordon and the Olathe School District.

The project includes renovation of four Olathe middle schools entries, administration areas, and science classrooms. These renovations include renovations to casework, metal paneling, brick, structural steel, aluminum framed front and metal canopies.

This project is unique because it spanned over four different schools in a small time frame of 21 weeks. All projects were completed over the summer and on time for the start of the school year.
