Kansas State University Bramlage Loge & Club Seating
Project Case Study
Kansas State University’s Bramlage Coliseum is a multi-purpose arena that is home to K-State men’s and women’s basketball teams and serves as an alternative venue for the K-State women’s volleyball team. McCownGordon was selected to demo the outdated seating and replace it with new premium seating options.

The addition included adding 120 loge premium seats, providing fans with a unique, action-packed spectating experience.
A tight schedule and procurement proved the biggest project challenges. Anticipating the project’s completion, K-State Athletics sold tickets for the new premium seating well before construction began, so the established construction schedule had to be met. The McCownGordon team worked closely with the design team and K-State Athletics to develop creative solutions when procurement issues arose investigating a variety of vendors and presenting alternate materials as options.
Despite having minimal preconstruction time and a tight construction schedule, the McCownGordon team completed the project in less than five months and K-State Wildcat fans were able to enjoy the basketball season from their new view.
