Project Case Study
 A separate bus washing facility was constructed adjacent to the transportation center. The new center was built while maintaining the functionality of the existing bus parking, maintenance and fueling centers. Once the new building is complete, all the remaining areas will be demolished and parking lots will be completed in time for the school year to start. McCownGordon and the design team worked closely with Irving ISD to identify cost savings to keep the project within budget.
