The modern branch will feature open office space, outside balcony, presentation room, new parking lot and a single car drive thru for teller services. Located at 17th Street and Grand Boulevard in the Crossroads Arts District, McCownGordon will work to minimize logistical challenges while also ensuring the safety of pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
The project timeline was extended to accommodate additional time for a thorough cost options analysis. McCownGordon’s preconstruction team went through an extensive value engineering process to reduce costs while maintaining the owner’s design intent. We identified and presented multiple cost options to reduce the budget and the client elected to forward with all the options.

Although the project did not pursue any LEED certifications, the owner was very conscious about being environmentally friendly and incorporating green practices and materials into the project. McCownGordon will be able to assist BOK in these efforts through the installation of solar panels and the incorporation of green materials and practices into this project. Once completed, this branch will offer their customers an enjoyable experience with convenient access for their banking needs.
