All projects are being completed as part of a long-term plan to improve and modernize the spaces at American Century Towers, the 4400 Main building, and the Leawood location to better fit today’s offices and needs.

Renovations include more energy efficient MEP systems, advanced technology, reconfiguration of spaces to allow for more collaborative and open-concept-work environment, and more modern flooring, lighting and finishes.
