Phase two of Kansas State University’s Foundation Business Park included the addition of a three-story building to reinforce the university’s mission to be a place for innovation and collaboration. The 60,000 square-foot building focuses on flexibility to accommodate tenants of varying sizes as well as offers diverse amenities.
Adjacent to campus with maximized views of Bill Snyder Family Stadium, the new building features a cafe, event space, adaptable tenant spaces, conference rooms, and common space kitchens and outdoor terrace balconies. The building offers both formal and informal collaboration and conference space for tenants. K-State purple LED lighting will enhance the exterior of the building and purple accent tiles will brighten up the first-floor lobby.
McCownGordon occupies space on the 2nd floor for its Kansas office operations.
