McCownGordon completed an addition and renovation to an existing warehouse distribution facility in Lenexa, KS, for a confidential client. Our team expanded the facility to include a fully-automated package distribution system controlled via an onsite control center.

The space also includes four single-story complexes and five two-story complexes.

The team added a new automotive repair shop, parking for large commercial vehicles and trailers and infrastructure including utilities, retaining walls, roads and two underground storm detention basins spanning 95,000 square feet and 20 feet below finish grade.
