Project Case Study
The renovations consisted of extensive demolition, MEP modifications, lighting, casework, bullet resistant glazing and tenant improvement. New features to the building included a reception area, offices, conference room, kitchen, restrooms, training room and a small data room.
The reception area and the CSO Station feature bullet-resistant material to provide additional security measures required by USMS.
