Several unique finishes were used including wood grille ceiling and Jerusalem stone giving a stunning unique ancient look to the new space. Installation of Lafarge stained glass windows, Judaica artifacts and a Yahrzeit prayer room are the stand out features making the newly constructed space more inviting and impressive.
The McCownGordon preconstruction team worked closely with the owner, architect and engineers to guide the owner in making cost decisions regarding project scope, building systems and finishes.
Throughout construction, the preschool remained open and operating requiring close monitoring from the team and rerouting of construction traffic. Any work that took place near the preschool was completed after hours or on the weekend.
