Facility renovations
Facility renovations revitalized existing spaces, including Summit Lakes and Pleasant Lee Middle Schools, which received classroom additions, common area upgrades to improve accessibility and aesthetics as well as a music room addition for Pleasant Lee. Bernard Campbell Middle School underwent significant changes, including a 4,000 square-foot music room addition and 15,000 square feet of renovated administrative, commons, and classroom areas. Given that these were occupied spaces, the team prioritized minimizing disruptions by carefully sectioning off construction zones to ensure safety for students and staff.

Serving grades six through eight, East Trails Middle School boasts enhanced security measures, flexible learning spaces, and dynamic educational environments designed to create an adaptive and safe space for students and staff. The school also includes a comprehensive athletic complex featuring a precast and masonry gymnasium, two synthetic turf baseball fields, two natural turf baseball fields, and a natural turf football field with track and field facilities.
