Seasoned Texas construction executive brings extensive K-12 and Civic project experience to the team
Plano, TX, (January 6, 2025) – McCownGordon adds proven Texas construction professional, Brian Rose, LEED AP, to its Dallas-Fort Worth leadership team as VP, Business Unit Leader over K-12 and Civic endeavors. Brian has over 25 years of experience serving some of the largest school districts and fastest-growing municipalities across North Texas. Brian will leverage his in-depth local industry knowledge and expertise to ensure our teams deliver top-notch performance and customer experience to our public market clients.

Brian is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Environmental Science and Engineering and a minor in Chemistry. Prior to joining McCownGordon, Brian was the Director of Education Construction for the Texas Division at Crossland Construction Company, Inc. and VP of Construction for Lee Lewis Construction. Brian’s K-12 resume is extensive – having served over 30 school districts across the state of Texas. From complicated, multi-phased additions/renovations to state-of-the-art ground up facilities such as Elementary, Middle Schools, High Schools and CTE projects, Brian is a proven K-12 builder.
His civic portfolio is equally impressive – having served 15 municipalities across the state, delivering the highest quality public safety facilities and municipal centers. Brian has developed genuine relationships with his clients, architects and partners that he will continue to nurture in his new role. We are thrilled to have Brian as part of our McCownGordon team.
