Justin Hamilton joins executive leadership team
Kansas City, MO (06, 01, 2026) – McCownGordon announced the promotion of Justin Hamilton to senior vice president, joining the company’s executive leadership team and underscoring its commitment to continued growth and expansion of the firm’s national Industrial & Manufacturing business unit.
Since stepping up to lead the business unit, Hamilton has already made a significant impact on its growth, including developing a team of experts for key vertical markets and contributing to McCownGordon’s broader growth and success. In his new role, Hamilton will continue to lead all Industrial and Manufacturing strategy and growth nationwide, overseeing four core markets: food and beverage, life sciences, logistics and industrial. Under his leadership, the business unit delivers a construction-led design-build approach that generates greater efficiency, improves cost management and integrates planning, engineering and construction expertise to streamline delivery, reduce risk and accelerate speed to market for clients.
Hamilton brings nearly 25 years of experience in manufacturing and industrial operations and project execution. Prior to his 13+ years overseeing engineering and construction projects as a consultant/contractor, he worked for Procter & Gamble where he managed production, maintenance, operations and projects across multiple business operations. His unique combination of owner-side and contractor experience provides clients with a deep understanding of operational priorities, production environments and complex facility requirements.
