Former DynaTen CEO Scott Brady Joins Board
Kansas City, MO (July 6, 2026) – McCownGordon Construction, one of the nation’s largest construction managers, has appointed Scott Brady to its board of directors, further strengthening the company’s leadership. Brady, with decades of experience in the Texas construction market, will play a key role in supporting McCownGordon’s continued national growth.
Brady recently retired as CEO of DynaTen, a leading mechanical contracting firm based in Dallas-Fort Worth region, where he served for nearly 23 years. Prior to joining DynaTen, he spent 17 years as president of Brady, Lohrman and Pendleton Engineers, building a long-standing track record of leadership in Texas’ engineering and construction sectors.
Brady brings deep expertise in business strategy, financial performance and operational leadership, along with a proven ability to scale organizations in complex, highly technical markets. With more than four decades in the industry, he has played a pivotal role in advancing complex projects across healthcare, commercial and mission-critical environments throughout Texas. His leadership at DynaTen helped drive sustained growth, guide strategic transformation and strengthen the company’s position as a premier partner for sophisticated mechanical and engineering solutions.

Brady joins outside board members including company founder Pat McCown, Craig Davis, former CEO of Performance Contracting Group, Ken Williams, former CEO and board member of Black & Vaetch, and Linda McMahon, CEO of the Dallas Economic Development Corporation. Inside board members include CEO and Chairman Ramin Cherafat, who serves alongside Chief Operating Officer Steve Levy and Chief Financial Officer Jeff Placek.
