Wichita developer Jack DeBoer has announced his latest venture, and it’s not a hotel.

DeBoer’s WaterWalk International unveiled plans for a five-story, 115,000 square-foot office building on the southwest corner of Waterman and Main in downtown Wichita — adding to his development of the east bank of the Arkansas River.

In a news release, he says it will be a new class of office building — “Class AA.”

The building is expected to have 80,000 square feet of leasable office space on floors two through five, and 13,000 square feet of flexible retail or restaurant space for lease.
