Project Case Study
The school provides classroom spaces, a media center and a kitchen. The school features a 2-story existing middle that ties into a field house and performing arts center.
Once the new middle school was built, the old school was demolished, leaving the field house and PAC intact. The PAC does have a section of classrooms and corridor that was demoed leaving only the PAC.
Some unique details include learning stairs, exterior limestone benches, a skybridge connection to existing fieldhouse and exterior metal wall panels.
New Construction of a sports complex, including an outdoor stadium and fieldhouse, is also included in this bond. The stadium includes a synthetic turf football and soccer field and associated track events along with a home grand stand. Â The fieldhouse includes courts, locker rooms, coaches offices, restrooms and future concession stand
Being constructed during the school year and around an occupied building, the team focused on routing construction based on pick-up and drop-off times to ensure the safety of school attendees and conduct the project efficiently.
