The iconic Roasterie factory building in Kansas City on Southwest Boulevard selected McCownGordon Construction to add a drive-thru and complete their facility in midtown. The Southwest Boulevard location underwent an interior renovation to add a prep area and a drive-thru window.

The team made exterior facade improvements and added a drive-thru lane around the renovated building. Construction included demolition, tenant improvement and an addition of a porte-cochere.

The team also restored masonry, made MEP modifications and improved the landscape in addition to site grading and asphalt and concrete paving. Finishes include an exterior wood rain screen.
