The team performed extensive demolition of a large existing concrete structure including the existing slab on grade and built the new addition in the same area including a new brick façade with blue tinted glass windows and a drilled concrete pier foundation.

Once the new project exterior was closed in, the team entered into phased demolition and remodeling of multiple tenant finish spaces including a large new electrophysiology operating room with specialized MEP systems, surgical lighting, unistrut systems/gasketed ceiling system, lead lines windows and walls, epoxy flooring and wall coverings and raised floor in the control room.

Spanning 7,750 square feet, the new space includes offices, conference rooms, waiting rooms, men’s and women’s locker rooms, bathrooms, patient recovery rooms, nurse stations, stress rooms, invasive reading rooms, electrical and data closets, operating rooms, new vestibules and storage rooms.
