Desiring comfort and durability, the team placed a strong focus on quality materials with low maintenance, functional layout, and an appealing environment.

The team constructed Fire Station 39 with a load bearing NRG masonry system. Abundant windows provide natural light to a kitchen and television lounge area.

Each facility also features a weight room and ten bunkrooms. Fire Station 39 boasts two Captain rooms, bathroom and shower areas, three apparatus bays and a rain garden. Split system air conditioning allows each firefighter to control their own temperature.
