Client Testimonial
Hear it for yourself
“McCownGordon understands that school districts are the lifeblood of communities and are sensitive to ensuring that the community receives what they were promised in the bond election, even if or when that means changes in scope because of the current economy. Our project manager provides monthly Board of Education presentations that highlight the positives that are happening while sharing any changes that need to be addressed. I highly recommend McCownGordon for any project your district is considering and would be happy to provide additional information to help you make this important decision.”

The new, 50,000 SF facility features expanded classrooms and learning environments, hallway commons, a library, in-house community resource space, student health suite, food pantry, indoor activity areas and an inclusive playground.
During the project, the client decided they wanted a completely new playground instead of relocating existing equipment from another school. The McCownGordon team was able to easily shift their plans to deliver successful results, a testament to the team’s valued flexibility and partnership approach.
