The 15-story building features limestone and brick exterior with terracotta and appears on the National Register of Historic Places. The top eight floors were transformed from apartments to boutique-style hotel rooms and suites.

The new layout design can now house 58 double-queen guest rooms, 68 king guest rooms and 16 hotel suites. The lobby also features a bar and restaurant, catering kitchens, meeting spaces and outdoor rooftop.

Most spaces were restored to represent their originality from the early 1900’s. Finishes include hand-hewn walnut, carved stone, stained glass and gilded plaster that has been preserved and returned to their original glory for the benefit of the guests to experience a unique and memorable occasion.
