CCCC selected McCownGordon as the construction manager at risk to build the new Technical Education and Innovation Center on the college’s Concordia campus.

This new state-of-the-art facility will be the home to the Nursing and Allied Health Department offering high-demand career education for EMT, CMA, CNA, Home Health Aide, and IV Therapy; the Renewable Energy department, which includes Wind and Solar Energy and Drones; and the Agriculture and Industrial department including welding and CDL training.
Active construction on this new 33,385 square foot center began in April 2023 and is expected to begin serving students in Fall 2024.
