Before construction began the team evaluated the project budget and developed nearly $2 million of value engineering options. We put a price to every decision and worked with the school district to help them make the best choices for their additions balancing cost and quality.

The team completed the additions, which were in multiple locations around the facility, while school remained in session and the building was fully occupied. The team put in place extra precautions to ensure the safety of all students, faculty, staff and visitors during construction.
