Career-Focused Learning

The repurposed facility houses high-demand programs including Culinary Arts, Health Sciences, Animal Sciences, Avionics, Electronics Technology, Graphics and Construction Trades to prepare students for hands-on careers in critical industries. Unique features include the metro’s first e-gaming arena and a dedicated mental health suite.

Collaborative Renovation

The new addition serves as the district’s Operations Service Center, providing offices for maintenance staff and flexible classroom space. Delivered in phases, the project involved extensive demolition and navigating unforeseen renovation challenges. Leveraging strong trade partner relationships, we identified cost-saving solutions to create an adaptable, functional, and budget-conscious facility—delivering a lasting resource for students and the community.
