 The project includes an academic addition consisting of a large exterior learning space/patio which overlooks the adjacent pond and fountain.

Additionally, the McCownGordon team completed an extensive athletic expansion which features a new auxiliary gymnasium with a batting cage, wood floor and field turf, a weight room, locker rooms, a team room, coach’s offices and even a jumbotron at the football field. McCownGordon offered extensive cost options which resulted in $250,000 of scope being added to the project out of savings.
