Comprising a three-story structure, the building includes an Annex Services building, a Visitor’s Receiving Building, and a covered parking canopy system. Interior spaces cater to various needs, featuring offices, specialty areas, conference rooms, labs, training spaces, and storage, including high-density storage solutions. The Annex includes vehicle service bays, locker rooms, workout and training facilities, and additional office space.
Given the sensitive nature of the client, advanced security measures are integrated, employing cutting-edge technology and materials. Construction innovations incorporate blast-rated precast and curtainwall exterior building skin, radio frequency shielded exteriors, enhanced sound transmission protection, and sophisticated screening protocols for entry. Designed and built around Green Globes certification, the building will utilize 33% less energy compared to the ASHRAE baseline system.
