Project Case Study
The facility features wet and dry labs, a conference center, an auditorium, a discovery center, classrooms, a café and business offices. The tower also features a green roof and garden space to create a healthy environment for researchers.
In conjunction with the research spaces, the team completed mechanical and electrical upgrades to the energy center to support these areas with emergency power capabilities and redundancies along with upgrades to the existing dock.
