Project Description: Build an addition onto and renovate the lower level of the Penn Valley Physical Education building. Relocate the engineering technology program, fabrication lab and 3D print lab from the BT campus.

Advanced Manufacturing Institute
Project Description: Renovate the Troost warehouse to create MCC’s Advanced Manufacturing Institute. Relocate the welding, heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC), industrial technology (INTE), building maintenance & construction (BLDM), computer integrated machining manufacturing (CIMM), and construction management (CM) programs from the B&T campus. Renovation also creates a student services area, consolidated faculty suite, police office, student gathering and collaboration areas, and needed facility and info technology support areas.

Blue River
Project Description: Construct a new instructional facility at the current precision driving course (PDC) area to support the lineman and logistics (forklift and CDL) programs along with a fire vehicle training and instructional area. Expand the current PDC to include a training pad for the CDL program and an expanded track allowing trucks to get through the full set of gears. Create an alternate entrance to the PDC for trucks to enter and leave Hwy 78.
