Tate Hall Renovation

With such rich history, the goal of the renovation was to preserve the past, while providing students upgraded facilities that featured the latest advances in higher education. The facility houses classroom space, an auditorium and office space for professors and administrative staff. Construction included complete demolition and renovation of the entire building. A new stairwell offers easy access to the entire facility and the refinished auditorium in the west wing provides upgraded teaching tools to enhance the students’ learning experience. In addition to the renovation, the team demolished the existing link between the east and west wings and reconstructed it. The new link now ties the two wings together seamlessly and features a new elevator.
