The Kansas Health Institute was an historic renovation which included complete demolition to existing basement and first floor office spaces. New walls, flooring, ceilings, and casework were completed throughout. The team added a new operable partition to divide a large open meeting area. The team also patched existing terrazzo flooring, unique tile floor, and sheetrock ceiling patterns. The most unique feature of the project happened at the center core of the space where the offices are arranged in the shape of the state of Kansas when looking down from above.
