Tuxedo Grill features 100 indoor seats with a commercial kitchen and a 350-person outdoor seating and dining area.
Service style for the restaurant is a mirrored cafeteria line with galley kitchen. Restroom facilities and offices for kitchen staff were also included in the amenities. Tuxedo Grill was designed and built to LEED Silver standards. Sustainable materials include reclaimed lumber, recycled content and special energy control systems for kitchen equipment.
