In addition to our training program, our safety team uses technology to provide a more efficient experience for preplanning, audits, corrective actions and training. The software allows for us to streamline the process for reports and audits, and puts it all in one place.
McCownGordon's safety programs and leadership has led to awards and recognition. Due to our organization safety procedures and training, we have accomplished the goal of 1.5 million man hours without a loss time incident.
McCownGordon has been actively involved in OSHA Build Safe Partnership Program since 2008. The working relationship with OSHA helps improve our safety and health performance as well as educates our associates on the best way to implement effective safety and health management systems.
